One on One

I offer one on one sessions to help people move through a particularly difficult and ongoing feeling. For example – the feeling of being unworthy or not good enough. The good news is that just seeing this is already a step in the right direction, because the habit is to fight and resist these feelings by proving yourself worthy. This takes a lot of energy. And then, life comes and you get rejected from a job, or your co-worker gets that promotion that you didn’t, or your relationship ends. And the feeling comes back. So life becomes a journey of chasing what makes you feel worthy, instead of meeting yourself where you are. Eventually, burnout arrives because this takes a lot of energy to maintain.

What is missing here is meeting ourselves in our unworthiness, in our struggle, in our ‘not good enough’ feeling. Talk therapy can tell you where it comes from and why it came to be, but we need to move from analysis to experience. We know this unworthiness is not the truth of our essence, but we don’t experience that when triggers push. How can we move into the experience of being with and releasing that unworthiness?

Through guided meditation and breath work, I bring people directly into that experience. Where love holds and supports. Where the story of unworthiness can come up and be met fully. We don’t try to get rid of it (which only really keeps it going), but we hold it, meet it, even love it. Through this experience, we come to understand that those triggers are gifts, sent to us as reminders to hold ourselves in loving presence. This goes for unworthiness, as it does for sorrow, grief, pain, rage, anger, jealousy, disgust, insecurity, loneliness – all the hard ones. When those are held, love is present, natural joy and ease can come through more effortlessly, as we release the tension of rejecting and fighting ourselves. This is how we come to peace in ourselves and radiate peace in our environment.

We can meet online or physically in Copenhagen, Denmark.

1 Hour guided session: 900 kr or $150.

“I am not generally a patient person, and meditation has never really worked for me. I tend to live in my head, and traditional therapy wasn’t helping me move through a particular (but very real) trauma I’ve been working on.

Working with Tali was different. She was patient, calm, and created a space where I could actually connect to what I was feeling—not just think about it. She guided me to speak to my heart instead of my head, which is not something that comes naturally to me.

Even after just one session, I felt a sense of calm and grounded strength that has stayed with me. Tali is completely non-judgmental and brings a level of presence and skill that I deeply admire.”
