
I have been facilitating groups since 2012 across educational, organizational, and community settings. My work explores how people collaborate, communicate, make decisions, and navigate difference together — especially in moments of tension, uncertainty, and change.
I work with NGOs, schools, workplaces, leadership teams, community initiatives, changemakers, and groups seeking healthier ways of working and relating together. While some contexts speak in terms of democracy, peacebuilding, or inclusion, and others in terms of wellbeing, collaboration, or organizational culture, the underlying work is often the same: learning how to stay connected and reflective while navigating different needs, perspectives, and pressures.
Through experiential and facilitated processes, groups are invited to explore their own dynamics in real time — allowing tension, disagreement, and diversity to become resources for learning, understanding, and stronger collaboration.

I offer both shorter introductory workshops and longer-term group processes, depending on the needs and context of the group.
Introductory workshops of 1.5–2 hours can serve as an experiential introduction to the approach and the kinds of reflection, dialogue, and group awareness the work can open.
I have facilitated groups ranging from 10 to 80 participants across educational, organizational, and community settings. While the work can be adapted to different group sizes and formats, I find that the deepest and most meaningful processes often emerge in smaller groups of approximately 15–20 people working together over time (typically across 20–30 hours, structured according to the group’s needs and possibilities).
